The challenge

Belva Digital had the capability to offer multichannel solutions to its customers, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp. However, the company recognized the growing importance of providing omnichannel solutions to African businesses. Modern customers are increasingly demanding an effective omnichannel experience, which is essential for businesses to differentiate themselves from competitors. Omnichannel solutions integrate online, mobile, brick-and-mortar, and social media channels into a seamless experience. The solution

Belva Digital joined Infobip’s Partner Connect Programme to expand and enhance its product portfolio. They added several of Infobip’s Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) offerings, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp for Business API. Belva Digital also partnered with Infobip to offer Answers and Conversations Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions in Africa.

The result

Through the Infobip Partner Connect Programme, Belva Digital now offers complete omnichannel solutions on one platform. This simplifies the management of channels, eliminating the complexity and cost of using multiple vendors. Belva Digital can now approach a broader network of customers and is exploring opportunities in the healthcare, banking, and public sectors with Infobip. The partnership provides Belva Digital with valuable experience, expertise, and a local presence.
